Registration News for the 2011-2012 School Year
Pope John Paul II Catholic School is committed to providing Catholic education for all those who desire it regardless of the ability topay. Tuition assistance is available and is generally based on household size, family income, and extenuating circumstances. This year, the maximum tuition per child will not exceed last year’s tuition amount of $2000/child. AGAIN IN 2011-2012
Pope John Paul II Catholic School will offer: Free Hot Lunch to all students – Application Form for Free/Reduced Lunch Program is required
Free Before/After School Care – KIDSTOP

- 7:30-9:40 AM
- 4:25-5:30 PM
Free Morning Academic Tutoring – KIDLEARN
- Monitored by volunteer tutors/teachers
- 8:30-9:40 AM
- Days tentative pending final scheduling in late August
In addition, we offer AN EXCITING Tuition Credit:
- If your family recruits new students to our school, you may receive up to a $100.00 tuition credit for each new student. The new students are required to remain in our school for one year in order for you to receive the credit. The credit will not be distributed prior to May 2011. Recruitment Tuition Credit Forms are to be completed by the new family enrolling in the school and new families will only be able to recommend one current family for the credit.
To qualify for the Tuition Credit, current and new families must provide:
- Recruitment Tuition Credit Form Completed School Registration Application
- Completed TADS scholarship applications and verification of income
- Completed Free/Reduced Lunch Application
- Before and After School – KIDSTOP Registration Form
- Volunteerism in both parish and school
- Commitment to their child’s education by:
- Attending Parent/Teacher Conferences – Held 3 times/year
- Ensuring that their child attends KIDLEARN for additional help when recommended by teacher(s).

La Escuela Papa Juan Pablo II ofrecerá :
- Almuerzo Gratis para todos los estudiantes– Es requerido que complete las Formas de Almuerzo reducido o gratis.
- Gratis antes/después de la Escuela – KIDSTOP
- Desayuno y meriendas gratis
- 7:30-9:40 AM
- 4:25-5:30 PM
- Tutoría gratuita antes de comenzar la escuela – KIDLEARN
- Monitoreado por los maestros y voluntarios
- 8:30-9:40 AM
- Los días serán determinados en el mes de agosto
Adicionalmente, ofreceremos créditos en su matricula:
- Hasta $100.00 como incentivo por Reclutar estudiantes
Las familias de la escuela pueden recibir hasta $100 acreditado a su matricula del nuevo ano escolar. Los nuevos estudiantes deben permanecer en nuestra escuela por un año para que usted pueda recibir el crédito. El crédito no será distribuido antes mayo del 2012. Las Planillas del Crédito de la Enseñanza deben ser completadas por la nueva familia que matricula en la escuela y en nuevas familias sólo podrán recomendar una familia para el crédito.
Para calificar a estas dos nuevas ayudas, las familias deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:
- Llenar las Formas de Incentivo por Reclutamiento
- Completar la Aplicación de inscripción
- Completar la aplicación para la ayuda TADS y anexar las pruebas de ingresos
- Completar la aplicación de almuerzo gratis o reducido Completar la forma – KIDSTOP
- Ser voluntario tanto en la Parroquia como en la escuela
- Comprometerse con la educación de su niño:
- Asistiendo a las conferencias de maestros – Sucede 3 veces/ano
- Asegurarse de que su niño asista a KIDLEARN si necesita cualquier ayuda adicional o cuando su maestro lo recomiende.
